📢Check your Super Duo holes to insure they are not blocked by the coatings applied by the manufactures coating process. Blocked holes can be cleaned out with a beading awl or needle but they may crack. Unfortunately this is unavoidable and you'll want to do this before incorporating them into your project.
Super Duo Beads are a Czech made glass Two Hole Seed bead. Similar in shape to the Twin bead but with a few very important differences. Super Duos are a pressed glass bead with guaranteed size and dimensional stability. They measure 2.5x5mm with two .8mm holes . They are not simply coated crystal but actual colored glass with many coating options: Transparent Opaque Matte Color Lined Picasso Luster AB Coating & Magic Line.

I'm a small business and I try to get your packages out as quickly as I can to the best of my ability. Sometimes there are issues with items being on back order or prematurely sold out. In these cases I will refund the purchase price of that item and send out the remainder of your order as to not hold up the items that are in stock.
I ship via the United States Postal Service. Once the package leaves the shop I am not able to track it other than the tracking number that is sent to you. If there are any issues with where your package is please contact your local post office with the tracking number for more information.
Lost Orders and Address Issues
I use the United States Post Office to ship. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrect delivery of packages once there is tracking info for your order. Similarly, if your Paypal or Etsy addresses are not correct, we cannot be held responsible for those MIA packages. Should you find yourself in this position, we encourage you to take your tracking number to the PO and see what can be done.
