I'm a small business and I try to get your packages out as quickly as I can to the best of my ability. Sometimes there are issues with items being on back order or prematurely sold out. In these cases I will refund the purchase price of that item and send out the remainder of your order as to not hold up the items that are in stock.
I ship via the United States Postal Service. Once the package leaves the shop I am not able to track it other than the tracking number that is sent to you. If there are any issues with where your package is please contact your local post office with the tracking number for more information.
Lost Orders and Address Issues
I use the United States Post Office to ship. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrect delivery of packages once there is tracking info for your order. Similarly, if your Paypal or Etsy addresses are not correct, we cannot be held responsible for those MIA packages. Should you find yourself in this position, we encourage you to take your tracking number to the PO and see what can be done.

OK this is kind of embarrassing to admit but I don’t entirely understand color theory and that’s something that I have been trying to figure out more over the last three years. It turns out it’s a lot more complex than trust light and warm tone colors. Even though I’m able to comprehend words like hue, saturation, muted and neutral, I get lost when actively looking at clothing and makeup. That’s where this wheel comes in and I’m so glad to have found this shop! The wheel is double sided (I had to ask the owner bc I wanted to make sure I got both wheels shown and was thrilled to find out this one is double sided) and it gives something tangible and simple to work with. If anyone is looking to do anything involving color choices I highly suggest getting this wheel. It gives you details and words that are useful for color selection
